Our treatment is 100% one on one care by a Doctor of Physical Therapy every session as we are focused on YOU reaching your goals on your time.

Customized manual interventions to improve any restricted muscles or joints to increase mobility and reduce pain. During the hands on part of your session, we will work together to find the root cause of your pain and reduce pain on the first day. Deep tissue massage is used to reduce restricted muscles, and joint mobilizations are implemented to reduce any limitation that is coming from specific joints.

Corrective exercises are completed after all manual has been completed. We first improve mobility and pain, then increase those tissues ability to manage stress with targeted exercises. These are continually progressed each visit to maintain mobility and create growth to return you to your favorite sport or activity.

Welcome to Regenerate Physical Therapy and Performance! I'm Dr. DJ Mortimer, a physical therapist with over seven years of experience dedicated to improving community health and wellness. Originally from Wisconsin, I moved to California for its warm weather, beaches, and sports.

I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University and have since specialized in outpatient orthopedics, treating a diverse range of patients. In January 2023, I was published in The Physical Therapy Journal of Policy, Administration, and Leadership.

My approach includes techniques like massage, cupping, scraping, movement analysis, and customized corrective exercises.
